嘉實(shí)多Syntilo XPS通過提高加工速度和進(jìn)給速度而使生產(chǎn)效率最大化，尤其是難

嘉實(shí)多Syntilo XPS在重負(fù)荷加工操作中性能卓越，在有些應(yīng)用中，它可以代替純
油，卻無損于表面拋光效果和刀具壽命。
嘉實(shí)多Syntilo XPS對(duì)操作人員無害，氣味溫和，不刺激皮膚，不會(huì)使皮膚脫脂。

S 擁有卓越潤(rùn)滑和冷卻性能的無油合成產(chǎn)品，在軟
水中也抗起泡、抗礦物油、可有效撇除分離雜油。
提高加工速度和進(jìn)給速度、不損害表面拋光效果、
不用增加切削工具冷卻劑的消耗；
S 槽液使用壽命極長(zhǎng)。由于無需額外的生物殺滅劑，
液體維護(hù)的需求也減少。由于廢水產(chǎn)生量變少，
可以充分使用機(jī)床、處理成本也相應(yīng)減少；
S 雙重好處：一方面提高冷卻性能，另一方面減少
由于帶出槽液引發(fā)的冷卻劑損失。Syntilo XPS每
周調(diào)整率比傳統(tǒng)水溶性油低一半。除了減少冷卻
劑消耗，Syntilo XPS還減少了加工之后的部件清

Description
Castrol Syntilo? S is a synthetic coolant which has been developed for use as a general purpose grinding fluid for
ferrous metals. It forms a clear, stable solution in both hard and soft waters. Syntilo S exhibits good anti-corrosion
properties coupled with a high resistance to bacterial attack and low residue behavior.
Application
Syntilo S is developed for surface, cylindrical, double disk and centreless grinding.
